Drunk Steamed Crab with Dried White Flower Diao

Put the hairy crabs in clean water, add appropriate amount of salt, raise them for one or two hours, and drain the sewage.

Prepare the halogen material. The one on the far left is brown sugar and old ginger, which is included in the hairy crab gift pack. If not, you can use brown sugar and ginger instead, or leave it alone.

Put a pot of clean water, add the brine and bring to a boil, turn to medium and low heat, and continue to cook for 15 to 20 minutes.

Pour in Huadiao and boil. Turn off the fire.

Add dry white. Set aside and let cool.

Take out the hairy crabs in the clean water and scrub them with a small brush.

Steam for 15 minutes on high heat.
