Drunkard Chicken Claws

1. Chicken feet go toe.

2. Slice ginger and cut into sections.

3. Blanch chicken feet with cooking wine.

4. Stir-fried rock sugar turns into sugar color.

5. Add chicken feet and stir well.

6. Add ginger, millet pepper and green onion knot.

7. Add bay leaves, star anise and tangerine peel.

8. Pour beer over the chicken feet, add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce to taste.

9. Boil until the soup is thick and put on a pan.
