Dry Fried Mushrooms
1.
Tear the mushrooms you bought into small flowers (not too small) as shown in the picture
2.
Blanch the torn mushrooms in water (about 4 minutes)
3.
The blanched mushrooms are cooled in cold water and then dried for later use
4.
Pour salt chicken powder, dry starch flour (the ratio of starch to flour is 1:1, the specific amount is adjusted according to personal taste, if you like the thick batter, you can add more flour and starch), cumin powder, sesame seeds, and blanched mushrooms
5.
Finally, beat in a whole egg and use gloves to grasp all the above materials evenly
6.
The mushrooms covered in flour are shown in the picture, which means that the surface of the mushrooms is covered with batter
7.
When the oil temperature is 50% hot, put the battered mushrooms into the oil pan and fry the golden brown on both sides.
8.
Put the cooked sesame seeds in a fresh-keeping bag and use a rolling pin to crush them. Add a little salt to make a sesame salt plate. The fried mushrooms will taste better with sesame salt
