Dry Fried Mushrooms

Wash the oyster mushrooms and tear them into strips, boil some water in a pan, pour the oyster mushrooms in and scald for a minute to remove them, stare at them with cold water, remove the water and place them on the plate.

Put two eggs in a basin, add cornstarch, a little flour, a little salt, a little pepper powder, and a little water (water can be added according to the consistency of the batter, and it should not be too thin or too thick) and mix well.

Pour the oyster mushrooms into the basin and stir to make the batter evenly. Pour the oil in the wok and cook until 70% hot. Put the oyster mushrooms in turn and fry them until they are slightly yellowed!

After frying in turn, re-fry again to remove and serve, sprinkle with cumin powder and just π.
