Dry Fried Pomfret

Prepare ingredients.

Remove the scales and gills and internal organs of the pomfret, and wash the scratches on the fish.

Marinate the pomfret with salt for 10 minutes, wash and drain the water for later use.

Pour an appropriate amount of vegetable oil into the hot pot and heat it to 80%.

Add the pomfret and fry slowly until the pomfret is golden brown. Pour in the light soy sauce and fry for a while to get out of the pan.
