Dry Noodles

Cut the ham into three slices, brush a little vegetable oil in the pan, and start frying on low heat

Fry until it is slightly golden on both sides, push the ham to one side, start to fry the eggs, spread vegetable oil inside the mold, put it on the pan, then beat the eggs into the mold, and fry slowly, be sure to low heat

After frying until the egg is formed, the mold can be removed

Put water in the pot to boil, put the noodles into the boil, the noodles are cooked quickly, about 1 minute or so, I like to cook until a little bit of rawness, so that the flavor of the seasoning will be absorbed into the noodles.
