Dry Pot Tripe

Ingredients: Cooked tripe, bean paste, garlic sprouts, dried onion, vegetable oil, ginger, salt grade fresh flowers, peppercorns, pepper powder, spicy skin chicken essence

Cook the cooked tripe with boiling water and cooking wine for about 10 minutes

Pick up shredded ginger

Shred the onion, fragrant and cut into strips

Wash the garlic sprouts and cut into sections, and cut the spicy skin into sections with water bubbles

Heat the pan with cold oil, add peppercorns, minced ginger and spicy skin and stir fry for a nice flavor

Add tripe cooking wine and stir fry for a while

Add bean paste and stir fry evenly

Add garlic sprouts

Tips:
If it is very dry during stir-frying, you can add a little water to eat parsley. You can put it on the bottom of a dry pan and heat it with an alcohol stove.
