Home-style Stir-fried Cooked Tripe

Cooked tripe, cut into strips.

Dried shallots, chopped.
3.
Chili, cut into sections diagonally.
4.
Garlic, mince.
5.
Cucumber, sliced.
6.
Stir-fry the shallots with a little oil.
7.
Add cooked tripe and stir fry.
8.
Add chili, light soy sauce, and stir fry with oyster sauce.
9.
Add cucumbers and stir-fry until they are raw. Stir-fry minced garlic to taste.

When it comes out of the pot, the tripe is soft and waxy, the garlic is slightly spicy and the fragrance of cucumber is not bad.

Tips:
Tripe is a marinated product and has a salty taste. Add oyster sauce and light soy sauce to stir-fry, so there is no need to add extra salt.
