This year’s New Year’s purchases were bought by my husband on a special trip to accompany them. All the vegetables and meats that my husband likes to eat in the middle. This tripe is what he likes to eat. A tripe is more than 100 yuan, 48 yuan per kilogram. It is said that it is cooked, but it doesn't look like that cooked. My husband’s favorite is the stir-fried beef tripe. Every time I go to a restaurant, he likes to order this dish. Xinjiang halal restaurants have this dish, but the price is very expensive. Xinjiang beef has always been in high prices and has always been comparable to mutton. Therefore, tripe naturally rises, and Xinjiang people mainly rely on beef and mutton, which is even more ridiculously high during the holidays. Tripe contains protein, fat, calcium, phosphorus, iron, thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, etc., which can nourish the spleen and stomach, nourish qi and nourish blood. Tonic, benefit the spleen and stomach. Deficiency, lack of qi and blood, diminished thirst, wind dizziness after treatment. Tips:

The tripe must be cleaned, and the spicy skin that can be fried only after it is cooked must be fried on a low heat to give it a fragrance. The red oil should not be fried for a long time.
