Friends came for dinner on the weekend. It happened to be raining again. I didn’t go shopping, so I just did something in the refrigerator.

Dry Pot Yuba

1. Cauliflower cut into strips

2. Add water to the pot and blanch the cauliflower

3. Yuba lotus root ready

4. Skin substitute pork slices

5. Then add oil to the pot and heat it up
