After the fish is cleaned, marinate with salt, pepper, chicken powder, cornstarch for 10 minutes

Slice shiitake mushrooms, diced pork belly, slice green onion, ginger and garlic for later use

Put the oil in the pan, deep-fry the fish until the oil is hot, remove it and set aside
