Dry Stir-fried Rice Field Eel

1. Go to the head and wash the rice field eel.

2. Make a few strokes on the front and back of the rice field eel.

3. Cut the marked rice field eel into sections.

4. Put garlic and ginger slices in the oil and sauté until fragrant.

5. Enter the rice field eel.

6. Stir dry.
