Dry Stir-fried Silkworm Pupa

The silkworm chrysalis are boiled in water, in a pot under cold water, and boil for about two minutes after the water is boiled.

Cook and remove and let cool for later use

Cut the silkworm pupa in half and pick off the black thing in the middle

Put the silkworm chrysalis in a frying pan and fry until golden and crispy. Serve and set aside
5.
Shred green onion and ginger, cut dry chili
6.
Leave a little oil in the pot, saute the scallions, ginger, dried chilies
7.
Put in the fried silkworm chrysalis
8.
Season with salt
9.
Stir fry evenly out of the pan
Tips:
You can put some shredded celery and fry together, I will save it if I don’t have it
