Duck and Egg Yolk Siu Mai with Mushrooms, Fungus and Minced Meat

1. Soak shiitake mushrooms and fungus and chop finely.

2. The glutinous rice is soaked and steamed.

3. Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot and stir fry with minced meat.

4. Add the chopped shiitake mushrooms and chopped fungus.

5. Add minced ginger and shallots.

6. Stir fry evenly.

7. Add the right amount of dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, and sugar.

8. Add appropriate amount of water and stir fry evenly.

9. Add the steamed rice and mix well.

10. Duck egg yolk is steamed.

11. Put the rice and egg yolk in the siu mai wrapper.

12. Wrap the siu mai one by one.
