Duck Feet with Pickled Peppers (with Tips to Make Duck Feet White and Tender)

Prepare cooking wine, white vinegar, and wild pepper.

Prepare sugar, pepper and ginger slices.

The duck feet should be washed several times and then drained.

Add white vinegar and a little salt to the boiling water, blanch the duck feet and put them in cold water.

Make another pot of water, the amount of water should be enough to cover the duck feet, add white vinegar, cooking wine, sugar, and salt.

Add pepper and ginger slices.

Add wild san pepper to a boil and let cool for later use.
8.
Put the duck feet in cool soaking water for at least one day to taste.
Tips:
If you want to make the duck feet easier to taste, you can chop them into smaller pieces. For the sake of beauty, I only chopped the duck feet into two pieces.
