Duck Gizzards Mixed with Twist

1. Wash the duck gizzards, add cold water to the pot, add a few peppers, 1 star anise, and ginger slices.

2. After boiling, turn to low heat and cook for 30 minutes.

3. Remove the duck gizzards, let cool and cut into thin slices.

4. Wash the green onions and cut diagonally into shredded green onions; wash and cut coriander into small pieces.

5. Put shredded green onion and coriander in a pot, add a little pepper.

6. A little pepper powder. (The amount of the tip of the spoon is sufficient)

7. Add salt.

8. One tablespoon of steamed fish soy sauce (or light soy sauce).

9. Half a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar.

10. Add a tablespoon of cold water, add duck gizzards and mix well.

11. Break the sweet twist into small pieces.

12. Put the twist in, pour in an appropriate amount of red oil, and mix well.

13. Finished product.

Tips:

Don't put too much liquid seasoning in this dish, or it won't taste good if the twists in the back absorb water and become soft.
