Duck Intestines

Choose fresh duck intestines, just an appropriate amount.

Duck intestines are cut into sections and marinated for about 10 minutes with salt, oil, soy sauce, cooking wine, and ginger.

Prepare an appropriate amount of bamboo shoots, a red pepper, and an appropriate amount of ginger cut into pieces.

Add oil to the hot pan and fry the ginger slices for a fragrant flavor.

Put the duck intestines and stir-fry on medium heat, stir-fry for three or four minutes, add a little cooking wine and a little salt.

After the duck intestines are fragrant, add bamboo shoots and stir fry for two or three minutes, then add red pepper and stir fry.
