Duck Intestines Stir-fried Soy Sprouts

Duck intestines are cleaned repeatedly, rubbed twice with table salt and then washed to remove the salt, and blanched in boiling water until the color changes.

Soybean sprouts, remove the shells and roots, and then wash them

Slice garlic, ginger, red pepper and set aside

Heat oil in a pot, sauté ginger and garlic slices until fragrant, pour in duck intestines and stir fragrant, then pour in appropriate amount of cooking wine and stir well

Tips:
Rub the duck intestines with salt to reduce the fishy smell.
