Duck Legs in Sauce

Cut the duck leg a few dollars into the cooking wine, salt, onion and ginger and marinate overnight!

Chopped radish and parsley!

Boil the marinated duck legs in water and scald them once, and remove them from the pan!

Scallions, ginger slices, star anise, cumin!

Re-start the pan, add the duck legs, rock sugar, star anise, cumin, green onion, ginger, light soy sauce, cooking wine, a few drops of vinegar, and the duck legs should be covered in water! Simmer for about an hour!
