Duck Mixed Mung Bean Sprouts

Cut the hot pepper, green onion and ginger well and set aside.

Wash the duck offal and cut it well.

Let the water boil for 2 minutes.

Pour out, dry the water and set aside.

Wash the bean sprouts well.

Add oil to the hot pan and stir-fry the bean sprouts for 3 minutes.

Season with salt and serve.

Add oil in a hot pan, green onion, ginger, and hot pepper until fragrant.

Stir-fried duck mixed.

Add some wine (to remove the fishy smell of duck offal) and continue to fry for 3 minutes.

Add the soy sauce, stir-fry the oyster sauce, serve and spread on the bean sprouts.
