Tuckahoe Fish Bone Dampness Soup

The fish bones are marinated in salt for 30 minutes, then fry until fragrant.

Soup: Poria, Tuckahoe, Polygonatum odoratum, Chinese Yam, Candied Dates

Add half a pot of water to the soup pot
