Dumpling Skin Oil Splashed Noodles

Wash the green leafy vegetables and blanch them for later use. I forgot to take pictures.

Fry the prawns and set aside, chop minced pepper and garlic for later use.

Press the dumpling skin, cut it into strips, and stretch it to double the length. Take out the cold water, put it in a bowl, put the vegetables, shrimp, chili minced garlic, add soy sauce, vinegar and sesame oil.
