Dumplings
1.
Wash celery and coriander.

Finely dice.
3.
Add to the minced meat.
4.
Add salt.
5.
Add soy sauce.
6.
Add cornstarch.

Homeopathy and mix well.

For corn filling, the same as above except adding corn.

Take a dumpling wrapper and put an appropriate amount of meat in the middle.

Spread water on the edge of the dumpling wrapper, fold it in half, and pinch it tightly.

Then pull the two corners together and overlap.
12.
Wrap all the dumplings in turn.
13.
Boil water in a pot and put some salt to prevent sticking.
14.
Put in dumplings.

Cook and fish out.
