Dumplings

Wash the leeks, drain, and chop

Dried tofu chopped

White tofu, chopped millet pepper

Minced pork, minced ginger

Pork, white tofu, and dried tofu are packed with leeks. Remember to add salt and stir well, then pour in hot oil, so that the leeks will be steamed and green

Wrap it in the pot and steam it and you can eat it 😃

The picture below is what I made before. Dumplings with shrimp peel and shredded radish are also delicious. You can try it.
Tips:
You can add seasonings according to your taste. The leeks must be stirred with hot oil to avoid yellowing when steamed.
