Dumplings

Prepare dumplings, sesame seeds, green onions, eggs

Brush a little oil in the pan, add the dumplings one by one, and fry for about 1 minute.

Pour in a small bowl of water, cover with a lid, cook on medium-low heat until the water is dry, about 3-5 minutes, the bottom of the dumplings is slightly golden

Add salt and beat the eggs

After the water is dry, spread the egg liquid evenly over the gaps of the dumplings

After the egg is solidified, sprinkle with chopped green onion and sesame seeds, turn off the heat, cover, and simmer for about 3 minutes.
