Tips:
1. There is no need to beat the egg whites, but the cheese can be softened in a microwave oven or melted in water. 2. Be patient when mixing cheese and butter. It takes about 5 minutes to mix. 3. Egg yolks must be added in portions to prevent oil and water separation. 4 , Water-bath method of moving bottom molds should be packed with tin foil at the bottom of the mold with the amount of 5 or 6 inch round molds, non-stick molds and ordinary molds are acceptable.
