Durian Pizza

Put the high powder, salt, sugar and yeast into the cook machine and stir slightly

Pour the linseed oil into warm water and add it to the cook machine

Stir for 10 minutes at 4 levels to form a smooth dough

Take out the dough, put it in a basin, cover with plastic wrap, put it in the oven to ferment for 40 minutes, and put a plate of hot water on the bottom of the oven

After fermentation is complete, knead and exhaust, cover with plastic wrap, and let stand for 10 minutes

Roll the dough into a circle with a diameter of about 20cm

Put the dough in an 8-inch pizza pan, poke holes in the surface with a fork

Put it in a preheated oven and set the shape, middle level, upper and lower heat, 190 degrees, 5 minutes

Take out the shaped pizza dough, cool slightly, and sprinkle a layer of mozzarella on the surface

Put a thick layer of durian flesh, and put a circle of washed and halved small tomatoes

Put another layer of mozzarella cheese

Put it into the middle layer of the preheated oven, heat up and down, 200 degrees, 20 minutes
Tips:
1. I made the pizza dough one night in advance, so I used the finalizing step. If you make pizza directly, you can omit the oven setting step.
2. The durian pizza should be eaten while it is hot, it's super fragrant!
This recipe uses Midea's 32L oven. There are two models to choose from: T7-L325D and T7-L325E.
When making friends, please adjust the baking time appropriately according to the power and temperature difference of your own oven.
