Durian Pizza
1.
Put milk, high powder, salt, sugar and yeast into the bucket of the cook machine to turn on the kneading function.
2.
After kneading into dough, pour in olive oil and continue kneading.
3.
After mixing the dough into a smooth surface, keep the dough sealed in the refrigerator and ferment for about 10 hours.
4.
Take out the dough that has been fermented to 2 to 3 times.
5.
Roll the dough into a round cake about 9 inches.
6.
Pour an appropriate amount of olive oil on a 9-inch pizza pan.
7.
Put the dough into the pizza crust, the edge is slightly higher than the middle, and fork some small holes in the dough to prevent it from bulging during the baking process.
8.
Peel the durian flesh and pound it.
9.
Spread it evenly on the dough, leaving about 1 cm around the edges, and brush lightly on the edges with olive oil. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the middle layer for 25 minutes.
10.
When baking for about 15 minutes, take out the pizza, sprinkle mozzarella cheese on the surface, brush the edges with olive oil, and bake it in the oven until the cheese is golden brown.
Tips:
Remember to brush the edges of the pizza with oil, so that the edges of the baked pizza will be very soft.
