Ingredients preparation

Cut fish cakes into small long strips;

Fry the fish cakes on low heat until golden on all sides;

Carrot sticks and cabbage gangzi blanched;
5.
Spread an even layer of rice on the sushi nori;
6.
Put an appropriate amount of salad dressing on the rice;
7.
Put on the fish cake strips, carrot strips, and cabbage gang;

The rolled sushi is sliced into 3cm thick slices and ready to eat.
