Early Winter Tonic ~ Seahorse Stewed Black-bone Chicken Soup

Cut the black-bone chicken into pieces, wash and add three slices of ginger, soak in freshly boiled water, remove the blood

Four red dates, four astragalus slices and a little wolfberry

Add 8 g seahorse powder

Remove the black-bone chicken, add it to the stewing pot, add a bowl of water

Waterproof, electric pressure cooker, one soup cooking process is about 30-40 minutes or electric stew pot for one and a half hours
6.
Add minced celery and salt before drinking
7.
Drink the soup while it's hot and eat the meat
