Easy Afternoon Tea: Chocolate Pie with Cheese Filling
1.
Mix low powder, baking powder, baking soda, and cocoa powder evenly and sift.
2.
Put milk, oil, sugar, and eggs into the container and mix well.
3.
The black chocolate melts in water (the water temperature should not exceed 50 degrees, otherwise the chocolate will separate from oil and water).
4.
Pour the black calcium solution into the mixture in step 2 and stir evenly.
5.
Pour in the sifted powder.
6.
Cut and mix well to form a pie paste. Then pour this paste into the piping bag for later use. Note that it is not recommended to use a fresh-keeping bag, because the paste is easy to become a little hard, and the fresh-keeping bag is not strong and can be easily broken.
7.
According to personal preference, squeeze out the round cake batter as evenly as possible on the baking tray. I use a non-stick baking pan, otherwise remember to spread greased paper. Put it in the middle layer of the preheated 180 degree oven, about 8 minutes, take it out and let it cool on the grill.
8.
Take a piece of cold pie and put it on the sandwich.
9.
Take another piece and cover it.
10.
Clamp every two slices so that you can eat it directly, but it is strongly recommended to continue with the following steps.
11.
Take another 100g of black chocolate and 20g of butter to melt in water, and the water temperature should not be higher than 50 degrees.
12.
Try to keep it as long as possible and stir more to make the liquid melted and thinner.
13.
Put the sandwiched pie into the black chocolate solution and evenly coat it with a layer of chocolate, and then place it on the grill until it is completely set. Remember to put a piece of oil paper under the grill, otherwise the low chocolate will make you very depressed.
Tips:
1. Grape seed oil can be replaced with other vegetable oils without special smell.
2. For the filling, I use black sesame cream cheese (fried black sesame seeds and sugar are ground into a powder, mixed with cream cheese and a tablespoon of milk smoothly). You can choose any filling you like to make the filling. For the coating of chocolate, I use 100g of black chocolate and 20g of melted butter, or without coating.
3. It is recommended not to put too much sugar in the baked pie. This will have the obvious bitter and sweet taste of cocoa and chocolate, which can echo the heart of the pie and make it taste better.
