Easy and Delicious... Spinach Salad

Wash the spinach and blanch it in boiling water for 15 seconds

The blanched spinach is immediately placed in cold water and overcooled to keep it refreshing.

Rinse the spinach picked up from cold water with cold boiled water to maintain hygiene.

Cut the spinach, squeeze the excess water by hand, and put it in a large bowl.
