Easy French Fries (air Fryer Version)
1.
Choose 2 fresh potatoes (approximately 500-600 grams is appropriate), of course, you can also use the baked French fries sold in the supermarket (frozen French fries). But the fun of doing it all by yourself is still quite important!
2.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into narrow strips about 15 mm, then soak them in water for more than 20 minutes.
3.
Take out the French fries and drain the water. It is best to wash off the water with kitchen paper.
4.
Use a spoonful of olive oil and a pinch of salt to make a bowl of mixture.
5.
Now you can start to make an appointment for the air fryer, 180 degrees, preheating for 5 minutes.
6.
Spread the olive oil and salt mixture evenly on top of the fries.
7.
Put the French fries into the frying basket, then put the frying basket into the air fryer, 180 degrees for about 15-20 minutes. During this period, the French fries have to be turned several times.
8.
Time is up, the fragrant French fries are out of the basket~~~
9.
Now quickly find the ketchup and enjoy it!
Tips:
Be sure to drain the water from the French fries so that they are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
