Garlic Tempeh Mixed Potato Shreds

Prepare the raw materials;

Shred potatoes;

Wash the cut potato shreds twice and soak for another 10 minutes;

Minced garlic cloves;

Tips:
When the potato shreds are blanched, you can remove them when you see the potato shreds change color.
