Pan-fried Potatoes

Peel and wash fresh potatoes for later use

Add water to boil potatoes, just over the amount of water
3.
Minced garlic, minced ginger and cooked potatoes
4.
Fry potatoes in a frying pan over low heat, squeeze the potatoes with a spatula
5.
Change to the wok, stir-fry the minced garlic and ginger until fragrant
6.
Add chili powder and green onion, add salt and monosodium glutamate before boiling
