Potato Cake

The ingredients are shredded and reserved for potato shreds, cucumber shreds, and green onion shreds (you can use shredder equipment, I can’t find it in my family).

Take a large bowl and add an appropriate amount of flour (I took four spoons like the spoon in the picture) and a whole egg;

Add appropriate amount of water and stir to make a paste, add some salt to the batter, stir evenly with pepper noodles and white pepper, and add cooking oil; set aside for a while;

Put the potato shreds and stir evenly, and finally add the cucumber shreds and green onion shreds and stir well;

Prepare a small-caliber non-stick pan, start the pan, heat the oil and heat it down like a batter, spread it out, fry until the shape is set, turn it over, turn to a low heat and fry for a while, then it will be out... Three cakes 🤪 If you want to eat crispy, you can make four thinners, it should be no problem 👌
