When I return to my hometown, I will bring a bag of beans and let my mother make this for me. The earthen stove in my hometown makes this the most delicious, especially when there are fresh potatoes. I almost don’t eat rice, only potatoes.

Farmhouse Out of A Pot

1. Wash the beans, remove the tendons and break them off, slice the pork belly, scrape and peel the fresh potatoes and wash for later use. Peel the flesh and cut into pieces, cut the potatoes in half, and cut the corn into sections.

2. I used half of the lard and half of the cooking oil for the cooking oil.

3. Add the beans and pork belly and stir fry together.
