Farmhouse Out of A Pot

Wash the beans, remove the tendons and break them off, slice the pork belly, scrape and peel the fresh potatoes and wash for later use. Peel the flesh and cut into pieces, cut the potatoes in half, and cut the corn into sections.

I used half of the lard and half of the cooking oil for the cooking oil.

Add the beans and pork belly and stir fry together.

When the beans change color, put a spoonful of sweet noodle sauce and a spoonful of Donggu bean paste.

Stir-fry evenly and add water, a little more water, a teaspoon of salt and a teaspoon of sugar.

Put all the potatoes, pumpkin and corn in it.

Bring water to a boil, adjust to medium heat and simmer, and the potatoes will be ready when they are cooked.
