Easy Jujube Bun

Prepare the milk powder and warm boiled water and mix evenly with the dry mother.

Put flour in the basin and add this warm water little by little to make the flour flocculent. You can add some sugar according to your taste.

Add some dry flour and knead vigorously.

Cut into the appropriate size agent.

Put some salad oil on your hands. Poke the dough into slightly longer noodles. Cover with plastic wrap and continue proofing for ten minutes. Put on the salad oil for a while to make the noodles not sticky
