Omurice is a relatively common and popular staple food in Japan. It is a dish made of fried rice wrapped in egg skins.

Generally, the egg is fried to a uniform thickness and then topped with fried rice, Korean chili sauce, tomato sauce, and salad oil.

It is packaged with various other materials.

Nowadays, omelet rice is very popular whether it is in Korea, Japan or China. Today we are making a simple version of omelet rice. Let’s take a look~

Easy Omurice

1. Heat the pan with cold oil, add the side dishes, stir fry until 8 mature

2. Add the rice, add salt, tomato sauce, and stir-fry evenly.

3. Salt the eggs and beat them up.

4. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and fry slowly over medium-low heat until the edges are slightly raised.

5. Spread the rice, fold the egg cake in half, press down and adjust to medium heat, and fry again to get out of the pan.

6. Cut it in half and coat with tomato sauce~
