The simple version of the donkey roll, it is delicious without soy noodles and peanuts.

Easy Peanut Version Donkey Roll

1. Add glutinous rice flour to a small bowl

2. Add appropriate amount of water and adjust evenly to a paste (pictured)

3. Take a microwaveable bowl and coat it with cooking oil

4. Pour into a bowl, don't stir

5. High heat in the microwave for two minutes. (Adjusted according to personal circumstances)

6. Fry peanuts

8. Put red bean paste in a bowl on medium-high heat for 1 minute. (If the bean paste is not solid, you don’t need to heat it)

9. Spread a layer of peanuts on the cutting board

10. Take out the glutinous rice and put it on top

13. Just cut into pieces
