Easy Peanut Version Donkey Roll

Add glutinous rice flour to a small bowl

Add appropriate amount of water and adjust evenly to a paste (pictured)

Take a microwaveable bowl and coat it with cooking oil

Pour into a bowl, don't stir

High heat in the microwave for two minutes. (Adjusted according to personal circumstances)

Fry peanuts

Put red bean paste in a bowl on medium-high heat for 1 minute. (If the bean paste is not solid, you don’t need to heat it)

Spread a layer of peanuts on the cutting board

Take out the glutinous rice and put it on top
