Easy Sheep Scorpion Soup

The sheep scorpion that I bought was soaked in clean water for 1 hour in advance, soaked in bleeding water

Pot under cold water, until the water is boiled with blood foam floating, turn off the heat, clean the sheep and scorpions, and remove the debris

Put the cleaned lamb scorpion into a pressure cooker, add scallions, sliced ginger, pepper, and appropriate amount of salt. I ran out of star anise in my house. It is also good to put a few petals of star anise. Add appropriate amount of mineral water, regularly.

In about 20 minutes, the pressure cooker is exhausted, and the pot is boiled. The hot lamb scorpion soup is out of the pot. Sprinkle some coriander and start drinking.
