Easy Yangzhou Egg Fried Rice

Prepare a bowl of rice and an egg
2.
Add a little cooking oil to the pot
3.
Pour in the rice and add a little salt
4.
Stir-fry until the rice grains separate
5.
Add the egg and stir-fry the salt to start at medium to low heat, otherwise the egg will quickly form and not cover the rice.
6.
Stir-fry until golden eggs are on top of each rice and you can get it out of the pot!
