Eating Coarse Grains Carefully--bama Coarse Grains Three-color Rice

For weighing good rice, I follow the fine grain 1:1 coarse grains.

Put the rice in the pot. Rinse quickly, don't rub it.

Soak the rice in an appropriate amount of water for about an hour (the amount of water is the same as usual steamed rice).

Tips:
I steamed rice in a 1:1 ratio of refined grains and coarse grains. If you are not used to eating it, you can use a 2:1 ratio. When you are used to eating coarse grains, you can adjust the ratio.
