An absolutely unexpected way to eat cool, crisp white radish! Sour, sweet, crisp, refreshing and clear, with a faint plum fragrance, no "radish gas" at all. It is served with rice, porridge, or even directly used as a snack. The entrance is amazing and absolutely unforgettable.

Ingredients

Ebony Radish Slices

1. Wash the white radish and cut into half moon-shaped slices with the skin; add a little salt, mix well and marinate for about 10 minutes

2. Rinse with clean water; remove, squeeze out the water slightly, and put it in a container

3. Put in a few Yanjin ebony plums; add mineral water, without the radish slices

4. Add sugar and vinegar

5. Add light soy sauce; cover, shake up and down to make the seasoning uniform, put in the refrigerator overnight, ready to eat
