Edamame

Ingredients: edamame, eggs

Black fungus (soaked and cleaned)

Daylily (soaked and washed)

Peel the edamame, wash it, and set aside.

Beat the eggs into a bowl and add some cooking wine.

Beat into egg liquid and set aside.

Put the edamame and black fungus in a pot of water to boil, cook for 2-3 minutes, then remove.

Pour the oil in the pan to heat, add the egg mixture and stir fry into pieces before serving.

Pour the oil in another pot and heat, add the blanched edamame, black fungus and cleaned day lily and stir fry.

Next, add the scrambled eggs and stir fry.

Then, add some salt and chicken essence.

Saute and stir well, serve.
