Egg and Kohlrabi Dumplings

Prepare the eggs and kohlrabi for filling.

Blanch the rutabagas in hot water, not for long.
3.
Fry the eggs into very small pieces.
4.
Cut the blanched kohlrabi into small pieces and chop them into fillings.

Mix the egg and kohlrabi together, and add a little shrimp skin to make the fillings together.
