I have made egg scallion biscuits before, and I have also made hand biscuits. This time I will combine the egg scallion pancake with the hand pancake. It is better than scallion pancakes but not as complicated as hand pancakes. Fortunately to get the trial qualification of #丘比撒酱#, which happened to be used for this egg and lettuce pancake.

Egg and Lettuce Pancakes

1. Prepare the required materials

2. Add appropriate amount of cold water to the flour to make a paste

3. Beat in the eggs and mix well

4. Add an appropriate amount of salad dressing and mix well

5. Add chopped green onion and appropriate amount of salt according to your taste, and mix well

6. Heat up a non-stick pan, add about 5ml corn oil, not too much oil

7. Spread the egg liquid into a pan into a cake shape, turn it over and fry it until golden on both sides

8. Add lettuce and a little tomato sauce to wrap, and then drizzle with Kewpie salad dressing to get out of the pot!

Tips:

Putting Kubi salad dressing in the egg mixture can make the pancakes softer, and the ketchup can be put or left according to personal preference.
