Egg Banana Roll

Peel 1 banana, cut into pieces, and put a little water in a food processor to make a mashed banana.

Beat the eggs in a bowl and stir well.

Pour the mashed banana into the egg liquid and stir well.

Add sugar and stir well.
5.
Add flour and stir to make a flowable batter.

Put a little oil in the electric baking pan, pour the batter and spread it out and fry it until it is cooked. Turn it over and fry the other side.

The other two bananas are peeled and rolled into the dough to eat.
