Egg Crust Toon Roll

Main ingredients: Chinese toon, northern tofu, eggs, bread crumbs

Beat the eggs into a bowl and add a little salt to beat

Spread the beaten egg liquid into egg skins

Toon is blanched in water and rinsed and cut into powder

Put the cut toon and tofu into a container and add a little salt and monosodium glutamate.

Take a piece of egg crust and add an appropriate amount of toon tofu filling.

Roll up from one end, roll into a roll, and make all of them in turn

Tips:
Toon contains nitrite, no matter how you eat it, it is recommended to blanch it in boiling water.
