I like the special taste of toon, and the various delicacies made with it have also become the darlings on our table. The fried toon rolls are crispy on the outside, rich in toon, moderately salty and fresh. They are delicious when eaten with white mouth, wine, and burritos!

Ingredients

Egg Crust Toon Roll

1. Main ingredients: Chinese toon, northern tofu, eggs, bread crumbs

2. Beat the eggs into a bowl and add a little salt to beat

3. Spread the beaten egg liquid into egg skins

4. The four eggs spread out a total of four egg skins

5. Toon is blanched in water and rinsed and cut into powder

6. Put the cut toon and tofu into a container and add a little salt and monosodium glutamate.

7. Add the seasoning and mix well to form a filling

8. Take a piece of egg crust and add an appropriate amount of toon tofu filling.

9. Roll up from one end, roll into a roll, and make all of them in turn

10. Dip the rolled toon omelet with egg liquid.

11. Pat it with bread crumbs and set aside.

12. All are wrapped in breadcrumbs.

13. Add a proper amount of edible oil to the pot to heat up, and when the oil is 40-50% hot, add the breadcrumb-wrapped egg rolls.

14. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown and you can remove them

15. Cut it into diagonal sections with a knife while it's hot and load it on the plate.

Tips:
Toon contains nitrite, no matter how you eat it, it is recommended to blanch it in boiling water.
