Egg Filling

Mix the flour and yeast and slowly add warm water to knead it into a smoother dough, let it rest for half an hour (I usually live the noodles the night before and keep them in the refrigerator)

The dough becomes slightly larger

Divide the dough into six parts

Stretch the dough into a large oval piece

Spread a little oil on the dough and fold it in half

Roll up the dough

Stand up the dough with the open side facing up

Flatten the dough and roll it into a pancake

Put oil in the pan, put the cake in the pan, fry the cake until both sides are golden and ripe. Add the chopped green onion and salt to the egg and mix it evenly. Pick up the open side with chopsticks and pour in the egg

Turn it over and broil it out again

Spread your favorite yellow sauce and hot sauce
